"I have had the pleasure of working with Saif Hussain on the San Bernardino County Medical Center Replacement project. This 400 million dollar project enlists the use of base isolation in conjunction with viscous damping devices to create one of the largest fully base isolated campuses in the country. Saif was instrumental in the design and development of base isolation and viscous damping device prototypes for the project. His management skills and structural expertise were invaluable. It was truly a pleasure to work with a professional."– Wayne Modugno, JCM Group

"I have come to know him (Saif Hussain) not only as a highly competent and innovative structural engineer, but as an individual of the highest integrity and dedication. He is willing to take on the most difficult tasks and see them through to a successful completion regardless of the extra time and effort required. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Saif again."– Ken Taylor, PE, San Bernardino County Hospital, County Project Manager

"During the past five years I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Saif Hussain on several projects.
